Shipping

Our shipping is carried out by Royal Mail. The total shipping amount charged is based upon the combined weight of your items that you have ordered, and is calculated according to Royal Mail postage costs. When you go to the checkout page and enter your address, the total cost of shipping to your destination will be indicated. If at this point for some reason you decide to not go ahead with your order, you have an option to cancel.

We aim to ship your item(s) within 24 hours of receiving the order. Items purchased on a Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning, and items purchased over a holiday period will be shipped on the next business day immediately after the holiday.

All items are sent by registered post, so a signature is required on delivery. Depending on the size of your order, and in order to keep postage costs to a minimum, orders weighing 4kg or below should arrive with you within 1-3 working days from despatch, and orders over 4kg will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

For orders sent to destinations outside of the UK, delivery to Europe should take between 3-5 working days, and 5-10 working days elsewhere.

All items are wrapped and packed in a padded envelope to ensure the safe arrival of your order.
